About ORR
Many homeless veterans are caring for a beloved animal companion.
ORR is a program of Rapid Response that offers an array of programs and services. These animals provide emotional support and comfort, yet the responsibility can bring added stress to a homeless veteran’s life.
ORR
Goals are to:
rescue homeless and abandoned animals, primarily dogs from high-kill shelters and owners who can no longer care for them. We put our hearts and souls into the love and care they deserve until they find their forever homes.
These gifts help create an even stronger bond between the veteran and their pet.
